Return Policy
Returns:
Customers who purchased items from this website may apply for returns up to seven (7) days from the date of receipt (applicable only to purchases made in the United Arab Emirates). Return requests made after the said period will not be accepted.
Any product(s) being returned must be accompanied by the original receipt, such as an order number or tax invoice. The product(s) being returned must be in complete, unused condition, be in the original packaging, and include any accessories, manuals, or other items that may have been included in the original purchase.
Valid reasons for return and exchange includes the following:
- Item not as advertised – item(s) received is not as expected based on website purchase. Clear evidence must be provided proving that the purchased product is not as it is described on the website. A complaint which is based merely on the customer’s false expectation is not honored.
- Wrong Item Delivered – item(s) received by the customer is not the same product he/she ordered
- Damaged Item – item(s) received by the customer may have dents, scratches or any issues that relates to cosmetics quality.
- Defective item – item(s) received by the customer is not working properly or it has “Manufacturing Defect”.
Dessini reserves the right to refuse any refund/return requests if the product is received damaged or if any accessories or other original parts are missing.
A Return / Exchange will be done only after the investigation / technical report. In case, returns are acceptable, and defects covered by our warranty policy may be sent back. The process can take up to 10-15 business days from the date of collection.
We will make arrangements for the products to be picked up for return. Any necessary refund will be handled as soon as we’ve received and examined the return. For product returns or replacements, a shipping fee of AED 30 will be charge.
Exception: The shipping fee is not applicable if the product that was delivered has a manufacturing defect. In cases where the product is faulty due to a manufacturing issue, the customer will not be charged the shipping fee for the return or replacement.
Refund:
If you are eligible for a refund, we will credit your account with the amount you paid within 14-21 working days depending on your bank’s procedure. Note that there will be no refund for shipping costs. A 4 % restocking fee will be charged on the total invoice or product price for any returned/refund items.
WARRANTY
- It is the responsibility of the customer to understand the difference between guarantee and warranty. Warranty is intended for manufacturing defects not defects resulted from overusing the product or in any improper ways.
- All products carry manufacturer warranty only.
- We would facilitate repair process by coordinating with the person in-charge. You can reach anyone from our sales team.
- Warranty shall be limited to repairing or providing replacement of part/s through our service partners on which are found to be defective and not the entire replacement of the product.
- A questionnaire should be filled for a detailed complaint. If found that the product has possible manufacturing defect, complaint will be forwarded to the manufacturer and it’s at their discretion to approve the replacement or exchange.
- In the event a product is approved for replacement, then the warranty is continued from the original product and will not be an extended warranty.
- In the event of repairs/replacement of any part/s of the unit, this warranty will thereafter continue and remain in force for the unexpired period of the warranty. Moreover, the time taken for repairs/replacement and in transit whether under the warranty or otherwise shall not be excluded from the warranty period.
- The company or its authorized service centre/service dealer reserves the right to retain any part/s or component/s replace at its discretion in the event of a defect noticed in the equipment during the warranty period, hence the customer cannot demand the parts to be returned back.
- Warranty is not available for FOC items & packing accessories (exceptions to be handled by category department separately).
- The warranty does not cover demonstration/installation of the product purchased.
- If in the diagnostic, damages are found as cause of customer’s negligence or misuse and still insist to repair the product; customer is liable to pay for the repair cost and to arrange the delivery of the item from and to their location.
THE WARRANTY IS NOT APPLICABLE IN ANY OF THE FOLLOWING CASES:
- Any damage, deterioration or malfunction resulting from improper or unreasonable use or maintenance either from negligence or accident.
- Used other than for the purpose for which they are intended to be used as specified in the instruction manual.
- When product is tampered (altered or modified) and or any repairs attempted by anyone other than authorized by the company.
- Site (premises where the product is kept) conditions that do not confirm to the recommended operation conditions of the machine. Damage caused by overcharging and wrong voltage burnouts.
- The warranty does not cover any defect that is due to mishandling during transportation (loading/offloading) or storage processes done after company’s delivery to customer.
- Any other cause of damage, deterioration or malfunction which does not relate directly to a defect in materials and/or workmanship of this product.
- If the label bearing the original serial number of this product has been moved, removed or defaced.
REPAIR & REPLACEMENT OF PARTS
If the need for repair or replacement is determined to be a result of customer misuse, negligence, or unauthorized modifications, the customer will be liable for all associated charges.
In cases where the issue falls outside the warranty coverage due to customer faults, customers will be provided with a detailed assessment of the required repairs and a quotation for the associated costs.
Before proceeding with any repairs or replacements, we will seek approval from the customer based on the provided quotation.
Upon receiving customer approval, our technicians will initiate the necessary repairs
Customers are required to make the payment for the repair or replacement charges before the repaired or replaced product is shipped back to them.
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping for products repaired or replaced due to customer faults.
HOW LONG THIS COVERAGE LASTS The standard warranty for all products is 6 month from the date of original purchase.
WHO IS COVERED Only the original purchaser of the product is covered under this warranty. This warranty is not transferable to subsequent purchasers or owners of this product. Original dated receipt is a must.
