• We will provide you an estimated delivery time once your order is placed. Delivery time starts from the date of dispatch, not the date of order placement.
  • Dessini strives to fulfill orders within 3-4 business days from the date of your order. Please note that we do not ship on Sundays.
  • The cut off time for order placement is 3:00 PM. This means that order must be submitted and confirmed before this time to be eligible for the delivery timeframe mentioned.
  • Estimated Delivery and shipping rates may vary based on the weight and size of the package, as well as the destination.
  • Items offered on this website are only available for delivery within United Arab Emirate. If in case you want your order to be ship and deliver outside UAE, please send us an email or contact us.
  • Our shipping rates are calculated based in the weight and size of the package whichever is higher.
  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. You can use this information to track the delivery of your package.

NOT AVAILABLE FOR DELIVERY

  • Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver the package 2 times before it is returned back to our warehouse.
  • For a smooth shipping experience, always provide an active email address and mobile number in the delivery address.
  • When incorrect information was given (such as an incorrect name, mobile number, address, or any other type of incorrect information), the client will be responsible for any additional costs Dessini incurred for redelivering the item.

CANCELLATION OF ORDER

  • Customers have the option to cancel their orders online prior to shipment if they have a change of mind.
  • Any applicable refund for the cancelled order will be refunded back to the original payment method used to place the order.
  • If a customer cancels their order before it is packaged and prepared for shipping, they are entitled to a refund.
  • Orders that have already been shipped out of our warehouse will not be eligible for refunds. For a timeframe, please see our Return and Exchange Policy.
  • Order cancellation is subject to Dessini’s discretion for any reason, including inaccurate customer contact information, out-of-stock merchandise, and product failures during quality control.
